Contact me for a custom quote for the work you have in mind. The total fee will depend on several factors, like how much research I’ll need to do, exchange rates, PayPal fees, and turnaround time. My fee also includes 30 days of unlimited revisions on writing assignments, as long as the scope of the piece doesn’t change. That’s my guarantee to you, but I can tell you that 99% of my projects have only needed one or two rounds of revisions.

A package that builds on your basic presence with targeted outreach, engagement, and rapport-building across multiple platforms may work for you. We’d also add some attention-getting strategies consistent with your mission — things like blogger outreach, influencer engagement, and advertising.

Some clients need me to help them with the bigger picture. That might include campaign design, communications planning, or brand auditing. Others need ongoing guidance or reputation management — almost like an on-call communications director. I love those kinds of projects because they allow me to really get to know the organization and deliver the kinds of wins that only come when you understand the big picture.
How much do I charge for that? The short, but admittedly frustrating answer is, “It depends.” For consulting of any sort, I only charge by the project. That keeps costs under control for you and minimizes administration on my end. But we can also work out a monthly retainer fee if you want to keep me around for longer.
